ABOUT US - CLAUDIO GERVASI AND KEVIN MOSS
We are so thrilled to be the new owners of the East End Market! This fulfills multiple dreams of ours. We have both wanted to move to Provincetown as full year residents, having owned a house here the last 6 years and coming up for many years before that. This has allowed us to make the move up much earlier than we thought, which is fantastic! Claudio has also dreamed of owning his own business, which he now gets to do. We are looking forward to getting to know you all here in P-town! As we do that, here's a little bit about us:
Claudio was born in Italy and moved to Queens, New York when he was 10 years old. He graduated from the Culinary Institute and has been a professional chef in restaurants and catering for almost 25 years. He is really looking forward to bringing his different ideas and amazing food to the East End Market!
Kevin was born in Queens, New York and has made his living as a corporate consultant for over 20 years now. Kevin's expertise in financials and computers will help Claudio in bringing his vision to life!
Claudio and Kevin have been together over 10 years, and have been married since May 3, 2014. Their little bundle of joy and crazy, Crouton, was named after a dingy we saw near Pepe's several years ago!
Claudio and Kevin are also happy to have the support of Gary and Michael, the previous owners, along the way. They have been incredible to us and we thank them for all their help and a wonderful tradition to build upon. We are also building a great team of locals with some wonderful experience who will help us continue with what Michael, Gary, and all previous owners of the East End Market and the Patrician have done, and build upon that.
